General Items

Standard postage delivery rate is $10 Australia wide* (Furniture excluded) and free for orders over $99. We aim to process your order within 7 working days.

Please note that during busy periods e.g. public working holidays and peak periods ahead of key holidays, processing and dispatch times may be slightly longer. We always do our best to have your order prepared and sent as soon as possible.

We aim to ship Australia wide to all metro areas. Unfortunately, in some cases we may not be able to deliver certain items to the door in regional or remote areas, especially for bulky items. If you are located in a remote/regional area and wish to place an order, please contact us in advance so we can ensure that your item can be delivered to your door.

Kindly be advised that in the case of extreme remote regions, an additional postage top-up cost may be necessary. Therefore, an invoice will issued after the purchase to notify you of any additional costs. Thank you for your understanding.

Made-to-Order Items

Some of our pieces are made to order and require a longer preparation time before dispatch.

  • Artwork: Please allow approximately 2 weeks for production prior to dispatch.
  • Doormats: Please allow approximately 6 weeks for production prior to dispatch.

These timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly during peak periods. Rest assured, each item is carefully prepared to ensure the highest quality.

Furniture

The freight costs for any furniture pieces will be added on the invoice after the order purchase. If you would like to obtain a quote for the freight costs before ordering, please contact us at sales@hamptonshome.au. This will help avoid any charges for restocking fees in the event that you need to cancel your order.

All orders will be processed and confirmed via e-mail once payment has been successfully made. Please ensure all details on your confirmation e-mail and are correct and notify us if there is any error as soon as possible. We are unable to correct errors in your shipping address once orders have been sent, so please double check that you have entered your address correctly. Redelivery costs might incur.

All items are inspected for defects and packages safely and securely for delivery. All relevant delivery costs will be added to your final total, based on the size of your order and your location.

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers for bulky items weighing more than 3 kg. If you are not available at the time of delivery, our delivery service may leave a pick up card at your address and you must collect your order from the post office location stipulated on this card.

We work with several delivery partners including Australia Post and private courier companies.

Currently we are, unfortunately, unable to accept international orders through our online store. Most items from Hamptons Home are available internationally if you can send us an email to sales@hamptonshome.com.au to get a quote.
